Leveling and Weighing.

This chapter isn’t used much, so I won’t go in detail on this chapter.

In general:

This chapter tells you how to safely determent the airplanes empty weight. There are two way possible to do this.

1.) With the plane on his wheels.
                    Or
2.) With the plane on jacks.

Both these options can be used. On any airplane.

The weighing of an airplane is sometimes done to be able to determine the center of gravity. This can sometimes change due to internal changes, like a compleet new cabin. Or a conversion from passenger airplane to cargo plane.
